I’d like to see all indices - you can message me - and I’d be happy to give general input. The RDW being widened indicates 2 different sizes of RBCs being generated, which you shouldn’t have with Rapa - if anything, I’d expect the RDW to narrow and your Hb to decrease a little.
You may have something unrelated going on. Low WBCs is pretty common in the range of 2.7-3.5 is probably the most common I see in my folks in their 50’s who are on a few things +/- rapa. In general it is probably a good prognostic factor, but depends on the differential as you want your lymphocytes to be close to as many or higher than your neutrophils for optimal longevity.

In my patients a WBC in the range above with other indices being normal doesn’t have me chase anything else down - but if other indices are abnormal - then a proper review may be indicated.

Hopefully that helps a little to contextualize.

Thank you for your thoughtful response. I’d welcome a consultation around my labs and, if it’s ok, I’ll email them to you at your website.
