FWIW…
Came across another company offering HRV items(devices and software)
I do not have any interest in this company, just looking / reviewing their products for my personal use.
Has anyone try or used any of their products?

I’ve posted a number of times on HeartMath HRV devices.
I’ve used them for years and years.
Simple.
Pretty inexpensive.
And they work.

They were an early developer of HRV software and clips for measuring HRV. I’ve used them but can’t vouch fir their accuracy. I long ago switched to a chest heart rate monitor which is far mire accurate. Also, I found a lot of their recommendations to be increasingly spiritual rather than scientific, which didn’t appeal to me.

I bought the Morpheus HRV monitor after Attia interviewed the CEO a few months ago. I’ve been using it every morning to measure HRV and during exercise. I’ve found the morning HRV and HR readings to be helpful, but beyond that, and although I am following the Morpheus exercise guidelines, I haven’t found a difference in my HRV. In addition, I wear both the Apple Watch and Morpheus during exercise, and at times there a fairly large discrepancy between the Morpheus and Apple Watch HR readings - I’m not sure which one is correct, although I tend to believe the Morpheus since it’s a chest strap.

Apple Watch is a big disappointment to me. I stopped trusting it. If I go for a walk (and select it as exercising) it will continue counting steps even when I’m already sitting on my couch at home and will do it indefinitely till I manually stop it. The battery life shortened 50% too. Have to charge it now twice a day. It’s annoying.
