Yes - very good news. Do these drugs (GLP1s) need to be refrigerated?

This is good news. I would love to get the price down some.
As far as refrigeration goes, my instructions state about 28 days unrefrigerated is ok. So, probably a little longer would be ok in reality. It also says, do not refrigerate once it has been exposed to higher temps.
The challenge is the unknown when getting it from India, as it is already in solution and degrades significantly with higher temperatures. I had a package 2 months ago that sat in US customs for 36 days, then add the 10 days it took for inexplicable reasons to get the the U.S. What temperatures would your product be exposed to, and for how long?
For right now I think the compounded stuff from a good source is affordable for most people, and you can be certain of the condition of the product when it arrives (they mail overnight refrigerated).

Not sure this is going to help anyone living outside of India. I wonder if it would be sent in powder form?

It would be nice if Mexico would approve tirzepatide. It would probably be worth a weekend trip to pick up a 3 month supply. Ozempic is over the counter there for about $200 a month.

I’ll stick to China for 99.x% pure vials at 50-60 cents per mg as long as they can keep getting it through customs.
Reconstituted solution shipped from India is likely going to be as effective as water, unfortunately.

Ha, if one is paying retail for TZ, it’s probably cost effective to fly to India for a 6 month supply

What is the law for bringing drugs into the US?

Probably grey area, but I would have a US prescription. From what I understand the FDA is pretty lenient if the med is not a narcotic, an FDA approved med, and under a 90 supply for personal use.
