Some news about me/my protocol:

  • I increased my dose of pitavastatin from 2mg to 4mg, not to lower LDL-C more but to increase my HDL-C more, currently at 54mg/dL. I’m trying to increase it at 60mg/dL, in addition to cardiovascular training at least 3 times a week.

  • I increased my tirzepatide dose from 7.5mg weekly to 10mg last week to 12.5mg this monday with no side effects. I can still eat 1800-2200 kcal, my weight is more or less the same, but mode dose=more agonism of GLP and GIP=more health benefits

  • Finasteride 1mg should arrived soon from India, so next week I’m going to start taking it. I was hesitant of taking not because of sides (I’m a resilient person) but because my DHT level was naturally low, but it seems that my lab range is just not correct, and finasteride would indeed lower it to 31ng/dL to less than 10ng/dL, a beneficial level for prostate health, hair and skin health

  • I started salbutamol tablets, 4mg morning, 4mg at lunch, 4 at 4 o’clock. Not a longevity molecule, but I started weight training back and I want to improve my body composition faster. (Note, it’s 14°C in my home, so the thermogenesis improvement is appreciated!). Body temperature went from 35.8-36.2 in the morning when waking up to 36.6-36.8°C)

  • I stopped vortioxetine a month ago because I no longer needed it. Fell great. No probelm to quit (unlike paroxetine which was almost impossible).

  • I started taking psylocybin truffles for neuroplasticity, 15g at noon on sunday. Great, funny. Not ultra powerful but I was interesting. I ordered six more, I’m going to do that once a week for few months, to see how I feel, if it changes anything about my way of being.

Some news:

  • Feeling great
  • Blood work not complete, what’s left is coming within the week
  • ASAT ALAT are high but I had muscle soreness during the blood draw so it might not be a liver problem knowing that my GGT and alkaline phosphatase are really low. Will check in a few weeks again anayway
  • No sides from finasteride 1mg from India. My skin looks way cleaner since I started
  • I achieved my highest HDL-C since I’m tracking it. Can’t lower my LDL-C more, I’m already on pitavastatin 4mg, bempedoic acid 180mg and ezetimibe 10mg. I Can’t afford PCSK9-i !
  • I’m still experiencing magic truffles and I did a trip with 30g of these. Was intense but really introspective.
  • I increased my tirzepatide dose to 15mg, appetite didn’t move a bit! I can eat 1800kcal to 3000kcal at the end of the day. I might add a bit of semaglutide in a few months to improve GLP-1 agonism in my body wich lacks with tirzepatide
  • Iron cannot go up. I’m supplementing for almost a year, I sure tirzepatide is the boogyman

Some news :

  • I increased tirzepatide dose to 20mg once weekly. I won’t go further
  • I started mirabegron to increase fat loss while preserving muscles with salbutamol. My HR is up, but I feel way more energetic. My physique is changing day after day in a great way. Still doing resistance training 4 times a week and one to two cardio sessions.
  • I started TRT because of ultra-low free testosterone due to sky-high SHBG. 200mg of testosterone undecanoate IM every two weeks.
  • I started terazosin to try, 1mg at night. Blood pressure didn’t move a bit and is still perfect at 100/60.
  • I started adapalene gel at night for skin anti-aging with my moisturizer (SVR sebiaclear). No redness or what so ever
  • I started supplementing with ergothionein (25mg) and Albion boron 6mg
  • Still no sides with finasteride 1mg as expected, and blood work is great, -60% for serum DHT !
  • Even if I’m using adrenergic stimulants, my sleep is great. I woke up full of energy, my deep sleep is about 2h a night for an average 8h night. I don’t do naps.

I maintain a healthy weight on 2.0 mg of Retatrutide weekly. Previous to switching, from Tz at 3.0mg weekly.

I have no idea how I’d feel on 20mg weekly!! The max clinical dose of Tz is 15mg

I was maintaining my weight on 10mg, I’m doing that to increase the GLP1 and GIP agonism to get more benefits. I can eat the same amount of calories. My maintenance dose was 10mg.

Hello everybody from Marocco where I’m currently in hollydays for a week. It’s amazing to see how much a strong natural solar light can do to your energy level. I live in France, on the west side. It’s winter, so very cloudy and so we’ve got days with very little light. It’s very refreshing here. Unfortunately, I got sick at the beginning of the week (damn street food!). I’m already feeling better.

Some updates about my protocole:

  • I started trazodone to improve my sleep. I tried from 25mg to 100mg. All I can say is that it works to fall asleep, and absolutely no hangover in the morning. I also started pregabalin from 50 to 150mg, and it works very great as an anxiolytic and to limits the wake-up during the night. I’m going to discontinue trazodone and stay on pregabalin. I really think it works better.
  • I stil do resistance training in a bodybuilding way, and has increased my weight from 58kg to 65kg, with I think a similar bodyfat. I lift hard!
  • I lowered my tirzepatide dose from 20mg to 10mg, and I might drop it to 5mg soon because I need to eat a lot to build muscle.
  • I lowered my salbutamol to dose to 2*8mg a day and I increased testosterone to 200mg a week from 200mg every two weeks. My hemoglobin went up really fast wich is great because I was borderline anemic due to initially ultra low free testosterone
  • My diet consist of 0% fat yoghurt, whole eggs, mackerel, cocoa nibs, banana, dates, frozen berries, beans, coffee, peanut butter and oats mostly. It’s really high in protein (2.2 to 2.5g/kg/body weight of protein, high in fat from egg yolks and cocoa, and high is simple sugars). I try to eat at least 3400kcal a day.
  • In my next order I will increase my finasteride dose from 1mg to 5mg to block any DHT increase
  • I might change pitavastatin 4mg to rosuvastatin 10mg to drop LDL-C below 20mg/dL. Mine is about 45mg/dL with pitavastatin/ezetimibe/bempedoic acid and I’m not comfortable with that level knowing I’m almost on a steroid cycle.
  • I stopped acarbose because with the amount of food I eat I can no longer handle the farts and bloating from it.

Some physique update. Huge changes in a small amount of time! As you can see melanotan is working great, I’m no longer white but a bit tanned, I look “great” “bonne mine” in french

Wow, beautiful pictures of Morocco!
and your body fat is extremely low.
How long did you try Acarbose for? I found my body adjusted after a few months, and I adjusted my diet away from wheat-based products, and the gas / farts issue mostly went away.

I had not heard of Melanotan, interesting… are you using nasal spray or injections? How long, any side effects you’ve noticed?

I was using acarbose for a year, at the maximal dose used in France for diabetic people wich is 200mg per dose up to 600mg a day (3*200mg=600mg). I used to fart a lot on it but know that I eat a lot more protein and more foods in general the farts started to smell really bad, and when I’m eating oats (100g for example), the bloating is unpleasant. So no more acarbose for now.

I really love melanotan II wich is an injectable peptidic hormone very similar to the natural hormone alpha-MSH produced in the brain. It activates the melanocortin receptors wich is beneficial for the skin (anti inflammatory and tanning effect), it produces strong and spontaneous erections, and lowers a bit hunger. Absolutely no side even at 2mg daily (wich is a huge dose!). I really love it. The only problem would be that without UV, no tan. You need a little bit of sunlight with it to truly see its potential.

Hmmm, I’m not sure if thats a feature of a bug. I hope its not at random intervals, or it might be problematic.

It happens mostly in the 3/4 hours after injection. It can be quite surprising. Researchers created PT141 from Melanotan to get that effect on penile tissue and to increase libido in women. Another peptide come from Melanotan: KPV, an anti inflammatory molecule, and some other are related to it : melanotan 1, setmelanotide…

Such a high dose of MT2 will cause an increase in hematocrit, which is a good side effect in your case.
I used 0,25 mg every sunny day for a month last summer with good tanning results and also saw an increase in my hematocrit.

Hello
I’m using it for at least six months and no increase in RBC count or hematocrit for now.

Hey, that’s strange. I saw that on 30 januari your iron was 13,0 µmol/l. Maybe you can consider supplementing iron to increase it and getting your B12 level checked, since you need an optimal level of both to have optimal RBC production.

My iron level went up, but I think my bone narrow wasn’t stimulated enough by androgens to create RBC (free testosterone way below minimal range). Now it is going up. I’m going to check soon anyway.
