Thanks @Virilius I’m ordering dutasteride in my next shipment.

@adssx Just stopped vortioxetine 7/8 days ago and HRV is going up, currently at 62ms on whoop. RHR still at 68 at night, but HRV is almost back to baseline. Tirzepatide is no longer problematic on this metric!

Are you not worried that the banana enzymes are disabling the other polyphenols in your breakfast? FWIW, Matt Kaeberlein calls bananas “snicker bars”, the candy of the fruit world. For the calories, bananas seem a low nutritional value, high metabolic cost option.

That was a thing when I was doing blueberries smothies, but to be honest I don’t really care, I mostly eat banana because I like the taste, and for resistant starch (it was a green-yellow banana). Sometimes I replace the banana with an apple or pineapple when discounted. I prefer to enjoy what I eat!

Although i tend to avoid bananas (because of the polyphenol oxidase), they don’t necessarily do that much harm to the polyphenols as there remain bioactive downstream metabolites.

Where are the eggs? Also, not mentioned coffee(?).
Already in my stomach lol
I don’t track fluid intake such as tea or coffee!

Personally, I do track some fluids, as they often have very powerful physiological components in the diet. That’s how you get studies showing strong health effects of coffee (even for longevity!) or tea. I didn’t use to track things like water or oatmilk, but since taking empagliflozin, I even track global fluid intake, as I figure it’s important for kidney health. I like your photos! Looks like your carrot juice is in a jar/bottle, so I assume it’s store bought? My wife used to juice carrots, but it’s a lot of work, tons of carrots, time consuming and a huge mess to clean up the machine, so we eventually switched to buying. Homemade tastes better though, lol. I don’t drink much carrot juice these days, I should probably start again, thanks for the reminder!

I usually consume 4 cups of coffee (espressos) in the morning and a cup of tea once in a while. Coffee is unfiltred and from fresh grounded black coffee beans.
The
juice is freshly made with a centrifugal machine (not sure of the translation). I usually add lemon juice to it, taste-wise it’s better! I just bought the machine so I’m gonna test celery juice and beetroot juice!

Some news about me/my protocol:
-
I increased my dose of pitavastatin from 2mg to 4mg, not to lower LDL-C more but to increase my HDL-C more, currently at 54mg/dL. I’m trying to increase it at 60mg/dL, in addition to cardiovascular training at least 3 times a week.
-
I increased my tirzepatide dose from 7.5mg weekly to 10mg last week to 12.5mg this monday with no side effects. I can still eat 1800-2200 kcal, my weight is more or less the same, but mode dose=more agonism of GLP and GIP=more health benefits

Finasteride 1mg should arrived soon from India, so next week I’m going to start taking it. I was hesitant of taking not because of sides (I’m a resilient person) but because my DHT level was naturally low, but it seems that my lab range is just not correct, and finasteride would indeed lower it to 31ng/dL to less than 10ng/dL, a beneficial level for prostate health, hair and skin health

I started salbutamol tablets, 4mg morning, 4mg at lunch, 4 at 4 o’clock. Not a longevity molecule, but I started weight training back and I want to improve my body composition faster. (Note, it’s 14°C in my home, so the thermogenesis improvement is appreciated!). Body temperature went from 35.8-36.2 in the morning when waking up to 36.6-36.8°C)

I stopped vortioxetine a month ago because I no longer needed it. Fell great. No probelm to quit (unlike paroxetine which was almost impossible).

I started taking psylocybin truffles for neuroplasticity, 15g at noon on sunday. Great, funny. Not ultra powerful but I was interesting. I ordered six more, I’m going to do that once a week for few months, to see how I feel, if it changes anything about my way of being.
