A fascinating compound which I previously had not heard of.
I mostly found in vitro research, but still very interesting. Nrf2 activation, AMPK activation and enhances NO production.

Apparently nutmeg mace (the red seed shell) has the highest content (around 4-6%). I got this from ChatGPT, who lies sometimes. But I think this is accurate, going to add a cup of mace tea (already bought the mace) to my daily longevity rituals(s……)
