The study is introduced as being about smoking, but isn’t. Well, scanning it only confirms what is known for some time. Under lip nicotine pouches belong to any good nootropic and healthspan oriented supplement stack.

There are so many other supplements that are way better than nicotine. It’s not something I would touch with a 10 foot pole.

Haven’t tried any other stimulants except caffeine and modafinil (one time). I did try nicotine once from a hookah but didn’t feel anything except nausea later. Think I overdid it.

“There are so many other supplements that are way better than nicotine.”
