Hello all,

I am 20 and have a condition called KPRF (keratin disorder that causes buildup of keratin in hair follicles of face, persistent redness & a proclivity to facial flushing.) Many users on reddit in the group “KPRubraFaceii” have been having great success with using topical Sirolimus cream or gel to combat the condition. There have also been studies online at places like PubMed which show drastic improvement after using topical Sirolimus. The problem is the topical sirolimus is off label and not very researched by doctors/derms for the purpose of combating KPRF.

My question is, does anybody think one of the telemedicine doctors that RapAdmin has listed would be willing to write this prescription and send it to a compounding pharmacy in NJ so they can make and ship to me? I don’t want to pay for a consultation anywhere just to be told no, hoping somebody here could give advice as I am pretty desperate and the condition, in my case, is severe. I am not interested in oral sirolimus, just TOPICAL to combat my condition right at its roots.

Thank you!!

Here is some info on how to get / make it:

NDM, here is a link to topical Rapamycin cream from gethealthspan: Buy Topical Rapamycin Cream: Doctor's Prescription | Healthspan

If I were going to purchase at this site I would want to know the exact ingredients and strengths (percentages of sirolimus, EGCG, etc.).

You need to order Sirolimus topical cream from CareFirst specialty pharmacy in Mount Laurel, New Jersey. They do a great job. https://www.cfspharmacy.pharmacy/sirolimus-topical-cream
