We started using Rapamycin 5 weeks ago. Previously, we didn’t have time to do blood tests to calculate the Levine test score, but we conducted it for the first time in our lives. For the past 3–4 years, we’ve been using various supplements, mainly NAC, glycine, curcumin, taurine, berberine, and selenium. Our diet is fairly diverse, and we don’t pay special attention to what we eat, apart from avoiding excessive sugar and sweets.
Currently, we are taking 6 mg of Rapamycin once a week. For now, we’ve paused NAC and glycine for a month and replaced them with ND+. We plan to reintroduce NAC and glycine soon and also start using methylene blue alongside red light therapy.
Female, 50 years old (Levine test: 36.5 years), Male, 42 years old (Levine test: 30.5 years). So far, we haven’t experienced any noticeable side effects or significant positive effects (only subjective impressions). We plan to document our journey with Rapamycin here to share our experience as it unfolds.

Do you take Rapa with EVOO or GFJ. Do you intend to continue berberine.

We’re only taking Rapamycin to ensure precise dosing. Yes, we plan to continue taking berberine.

For the sake of women and leaving a record for posterity, we decided to check my wife’s AMH levels to monitor changes in ovarian reserve over time. Currently, her AMH is 0.03 at the age of 50, which, according to various sources, falls within the lower range for women aged 40–44.
As an update for pet owners: Today, our 15.5-year-old female dog received her first dose of Rapamycin, 1 mg, at a weight of 8.3 kg. In a previous post, we mentioned that she had been on antibiotics for a potential kidney abscess. After the antibiotic treatment and follow-up ultrasound, there was no increase or decrease in size, though the center appeared brighter, suggesting the absence of bacteria. After another month of monitoring with stable measurements, we decided to administer Rapamycin today.
Interestingly, over the past month, we’ve been adding high doses of Omega-3 oil to her diet (approximately 24 mg/kg), in addition to curcumin and taurine. Her bloodwork now shows significant liver improvement—better than it has been in 5–7 years.

I personally would not take the Methylene Blue.
The others I agree with.
