Is there any indication that rapamycin and NAD supplements (e.g. TRU Niagin) are counterproductive?
I cannot see why they are counterproductive. I take a bit of b3 in the normal vitaminer. I have some NMN and NR left, but am not taking them. I threw away some old NR tablets last week. They may help some people, but it seems downstream to me linked to a tryptophan pathway.
