Is it possible to reconstruct a torn ACL without surgery ?
what kind of interventions or procedures are conclusive to help, from less intrusive to more intrusive ?

If it is partial tear, sure you don’t need surgery. I had partial tear, got braces, physical therapy and in few months I was mostly OK. Some pain persisted some time longer. I still need braces when I go skiing. Otherwise no problems.
A friend tore his ACL last year at basketball practice and he also got away without surgery. He also got some PRP, ultrasound therapy and muscular electrical stimulation.

If you want to speed up the healing process, you could consider using the peptides BPC-157 and TB500. There are also people who recommend using low dose growth hormone together with these peptides.
