what percent of cranberries carbohydrates are non-monosaccharides like sucrose?
they definitely contain lots of polyphenols, and have less sugar per 100g than even strawberries.
[i eat them raw, they sometimes make my tongue hurt but it’s a temporary effect]
Also, the other berries spike my glucose into the stratosphere

Blueprint uses dried blueberries.
They’re could be used for a bit of UTI prevention, near impossible to eat raw IMO.
