Have you tried ordering rapamycin from them? Just looking at their website there is no phone number. They want you to pay before they tell you if you can get it. In Australia GP consults are subsidized by the govt under Medicare. This website does not say anything about it.

Finally got into the website. I seriously doubt they are operated by Australian doctors. They have a limited products for things like ED. No sirolimus. Scam alert!

Got a reply from their customer service. They can’t provide Medicare or PBS. They only specialize in exotic medicine which makes me question their legality. And no sirolimus.

Just got my 2 hour blood test back. Sirolimus at 5 ng/L. Still low…hmmmmmm. Next week the 7 day level.

Any idea if trying to put the pills under the tongue helps increase the absorption? I guess I could try lol

Yes. I just had a test performed 3 hours after taking 6 mg (3 tabs) of Siroboon …which I put into #0 enteric capsules. My result show .8 ng/ml. I plan to get one more test …if that shows similar results, I will abandon Siroboon.

I notice if you have it with food the results a lot worse than if you fast. Just an observation.

A big factor most people here seem to not be aware of is the amount of GFJ. Some studies showed that anything under 200 ml wasn’t enough, so before blaming low multiplier effect on the fuit or processing or other factors like genes, they should try a higher dose first to be sure it’s not insufficient amount of juice that’s the problem.

Next week I’ll go 500ml GFJ with my dosage and do a 24 hour test. I’m starting to hate needles. Weekly blood test is horrible.

Noth withstanding the risk factor (to life) I’m more scared of needles than bullets… :joy::joy::joy:

I managed to get hold of fresh grapefruit so I just had 3 grapefruit and then 1x 100mg aspirin an hour later and 13 x 2mg Siroboon 2 hours after the grapefruit. I just ate 3 of the fruit, I did not juice them. It tasted disgusting. Anyway, in another 1.5 hours I will go for my first blood test and tomorrow I will do a blood test after 24 hours. Really hope that I get more than just 5.5ng/mL for the first test.

Once I can get a decent level in my blood, I will stick to it for 3 months before assessing. Hopefully my days of blood test will be over soon.

I will fast with just water for at least 30 hours after the grapefruit.

I must admit I don’t like grapefruit, but Pomelo tastes quite nice to the extent that I eat some Pomelo with Rapamycin and then eat the rest of the fruit gradually on other days because I like the fruit.

AIUI it has a similar effect on Rapamycin.

What is AIUI? Pomelo does not have the same effect. Today for the first time I feel fatigue… the grapefruit must be working… LOL

I think Siroboon definitely does not have the enteric coating. I do not like to waste… I suppose I can grind them all up and use them as an ointment but my preset dilemma is Australian Border Force will not let me order anymore until August… which means the earliest I will get delivery will be in September. Once I get closer to 30ng/mL I will keep it that way every fortnight. Anyway tomorrow I will do the 24hr test. Results should be out by Friday… either it is finally working or something else is at play… LOL.

ah I hear you, forgot you had that issue with those morons (australian border force)

Finally got some Rapacan. My first shipment was interdicted but this one came through. I will switch to this next cycle.

Now what I did with Siriboon for a couple of months was to take a hell of a lot of it and put it in enteric capsules. I did develop the typical minor symptoms associated with Rapamycin usage, which are pimples or even cold sores.

cold sores??? eeeek… anyway get better soon… I haven’t had anything major other than feeling really tired today with my last dosage.

Not that serious only occasionally and one-off.

Sometimes I wonder if I’m just imagining some of the symptoms.
