Do you lose weight on rapamycin ? I believe people can lose subcutaneous fat with rapa. It’s important to replace that with muscles to fill in the gaps, if you are not lifting you really should be. In my gym there are ton of women lifting, easily like 10x more than 10-20 years ago.

Otherwise topical rapamycin has actually improved skin quality in studies. Tretinoin should be in your daily kit as well.

Dosing is important as well. I got super tired on 6 mg, I weight 150 lbs and 511. 5mg I can tolerate. I seemed to lean out more with rapamycin along with immaculate diet and other supplements including taurine. Women generally take less, not just because of lesser weight but something their drug metabolism - most drugs it turns out should be lower for women - Ambien is a good example - it should be no more than 5 mg for women, whereas man can handle up to 10 mg.

Definitely Dr. Bart… TRT … 6 years… highly recommended for men who hit that 60 years aging spike. Great for skin, muscles… and fat reduction.

Rapamycin 5 years use in August. Also, great for skin… and a reduction in visceral fat.

Finasteride 33 years… clears cholesterol from blood, small prostate and keeps the hair. Could have skin benefits with DHT blocking.

And the obvious… weight… muscle resistance exercising past 10 years… every other day. Speaking of which… gym time!
