Can someone help decipher this?
The movie talks about limiting sulphur amino acids, yet the comments talk mainly about taking MSM.
I had dramatic results with MSM in the past, which almost doubled the thickness of my hair. My hairdresser unprompted actually said to me what is going on? Look at this, and then showed me all this new hair springing up. I said that I thought it was breaking off and she said “No look this is all new hair” it got to the point where I have to colour my hair at home as I got charged more because they have to use so much product and it grows so fast. Then the longevity doc I saw said, “No branch chain amino acids”, and that I should stop taking MSM but then later said I should to eat tons of protein every day to avoid muscle loss (confusing, to say the least).
This movie seems like they might be getting to the heart of this conflict. Do we limit protein amino acids to promote autophagy; use amino acids like GLYNAC, Taurine and MSM for their longevity benefits; or cycle with feasting and fasting?
I have dug a bit deeper into this but would love a discussion to start before I share more as I may be right off track.
