Does anyone here take it for ME/CFS or neuroinflammation in general?

It is the main reason I am interested in it as lowering mTOR in the brain has shown to clear debris and treat activated microglia which is commonly found in neuroinflammatory conditions like Alzheimers, ASD etc. So it can possibly change the phenotype of microglia from inflammatory (M1) to anti-inflammatory (M2 repair state). So it sort of ties into longevity as well if you are able to treat them.

Even if you are taking it for purely longevity, have you noticed better cognition, less brain fog or any other improvement neurologically?
