Thank you for bringing this to my attention. Was not aware of it. Let me investigate. Tx Cheers

Wow. Thatās way down town.
The machine that measures your insulin is obviously newer/more accurate than the machine that analyses mineā¦it has 2 IU as the lower limit of detection. So mine just come back as āunder 2 IUā.
Fasting or post-prandialā¦still under 2.
My GP nearly fell off his chair.
I take metformin and Sirolimus that might have some effect, but not much else. I have a sister who is very similar to me so it might be a genetic thing.
I find I need to eat at regular times or I quickly get weak and then a headache.

Haha every time I see some Bryan Johnson level protocol I get radicalized.

Why go there for only a pound? Not worth the risk of accidental OD.
You could add Retatrutide to your Tirzepatide.

It kind of sucks to know I probably havenāt been getting the benefits of Telmisartan beyond blood pressure by only taking it at 40mg for over a decade. Whenever I went higher, I wouldnāt be comfortable with my blood potassium levels being north of 5

One step at a time. Donāt like to mix too many items, esp the injections. My HbA1c has improved quite a bit from 11.9 two years ago to ~6.5 to 7.2 thus far. 4 readings below 7.0 is my next goal. My BMI is at 24.5 need to drop some more. Weight / visceral fat reduction to improve insulin sensitivity is my current focus. These activities have become a full time job! Cheers

Iām having dental implants installed, so I am always interested in dental bone health and the impact of various medications. I have just initiated telmisartan 20mg/day, so this is interesting, but big caveat, this is in RATS.

Iāll be trialling 40mg telmisartan. I was thinking of taking it at night. I have sleep apnea which can raise blood pressure. Taking it at night would be best for this?

Well, yes, I too am taking it at night. Itās quite long lasting, so it doesnāt matter when you take it, it will be effective regardless, but taking it at night avoids any possible initial side effects like orthostatic hypotension, lightheadedness etc. Makes for a mch gentler introduction.

It might be best to take steps to treat your sleep apnea (if you havenāt already done so.) Sleep apnea is strongly correlated with atrial fibrillation.

I do. I use CPAP. I take tirzepatide. Iām very lean. I still have it unfortunately.
Do you know of any other things I could do for this?

Breathing trainer THE BREATHER - Combined Respiratory Muscle Trainer
Itās not approved for sleep apnea specifically, but inhaling and exhaling against resistance each has been shown in studies to improve sleep apnea (especially exhalation against resistance). This device does both.

Iāve got.something like this. I should use it more frequently. My AHI is trending around 0.5 to 2 at the moment which is quite good. I just got over a cold which put it up to 4 to 7.
I think tirzepatide is working quite well.

In some cases surgery may help, if appropriate. You could ask your GP/specialist.

Something I am considering, like maybe tonsillectomy or rhinoplasty could solve the issue permanently. Itās some kind of anatomical issue if losing body fat doesnāt solve it.
Iām lean to the point where I have veins visible in my lats and abs.
I also have a bit of asthma as well so these things interact to cause the issue to be worse. Iāll keep using CPAP until Iām 100% sure Iāve solved it.

I think the answer to the OP is as much as you can take up to 80mg until your BP is too low. After 80mg there arenāt really any benefits but more risk.
