I am planning on going to my PCP and getting as many blood tests covered by my insurance as possible. Please make more suggestions I may have missed.

Screening for latent tuberculosis.
Per the USA CDC, up to 13 million Americans have latent TB.
Everolimus and Sirolimus are associated with increased risk of active TB infections in transplant patients. Even a lower dosage may theoretically be enough to increase the odds of a latent infection becoming active somewhere in the body. Physicians may wish to consider treating latent TB with standard antibiotic protocols prior to prescribing rapamycin for life extension.

And, while not a blood test, may be covered by insurance:

Sorry, like supplements I am trying to reduce it to the necessary few that are really meaningful. Your list is just too burdensome imo.

Fitomics has two HealthSpan specific panels that include just about every test Attica ever referenced, and their pricing is better than Marek or UltaLabs:
https://www.fitomics.org/insidershop/p/common-male-advanced ($588)
https://www.fitomics.org/insidershop/p/common-male-healthspan ($350)
Better with a coupon for 10% off - “OCTOBER10”
There’s a $30/month subscription cost, but it seems you can subscribe and get requisitions for up to 180 days later then unsubscribe. I’ve kept the subscription because I seem to test pretty often. If I only needed a couple tests I’d probably just use Marek though.
