This looks like a very interesting paper on Glycine and its many health facets. I’ve only skimmed through it, as it’s now bedtime

Lots of good ideas here, and lots of speculative mechanisms for metabolic benefits. I think “needs more research” is the quick summary. BTW, I just want to give a thumbs up to elicit.com for summarizing research on any science question through its AI engine.
