This is a well designed study with a decent ‘n’ and average or better execution of the design. I added nattokinase to my stack a few days before seeing this. My reason for adding is related to my high CAC due in part at least to decades of competitive long distance running as an adult. A careful read of the literature suggests that lowering my score is possible but unlikely but slowing the rate of progression is a strong possibility as an adjunct to the K2 I already take.
This research focuses on dyslipidemia, not CAC.

FWIW
I have been taking 18000FU to 24000FU everyday for the past three months.
1 soft gel capsule is 3000FU
I also take lumbrokinase(200mg)with a small amount of red yeast rice(600mg)
I consider using these as inexpensive insurance not creating damage.

Serrapeptase, Along with lumbrokinase, these are fibrin dissolvers. They also dissolve blood clots.
Sorry. I just saw this. I’m only taking 4,000 FU. I guess that is pretty low based on @Joseph’s comments.
