I can now live my life and eat with no battle going on in my brain 
@adssx I don’t know anything you don’t, but I recently learned here that sglt2s supposedly cut our lithium dose in half, so I started taking 2mg of lithium vs 1mg. Would love to hear your thoughts on that.

Telmisartan increases lithium. I’m taking both, so it’s roughly even, and I still take Li 1 mg.
If you want, you can test your lithium levels. John does this.
