I listed to this recently while exercising. I found interesting the “Lightening Round” where they discuss their views on all the various supplements (telomerase activators, NAD/NR/NMM, Urolithin-A, etc.), Peptides (BPC157, etc.) therapies (e.g. stem cell, hyperbaric oxygen, follistatin gene therapy, etc.) and drugs that are commonly discussed here in longevity forums…
I think you might find it interesting also.
In this video I sit down with Dr. Peter Attia to explore strategies for improving healthspan and lifespan, focusing on practical interventions like exercise, nutrition, and emerging therapies. Topics we discuss include defining healthspan (physical, cognitive, and emotional health), the benefits of purposeful exercise, and prioritizing dietary factors (what, when, and how much to eat). Our discussion also addresses nuanced views on processed foods, alcohol, and the limitations of trendy approaches like epigenetic clocks. Other topics discussed are interventions such as hormone therapy, rapamycin, metformin, and NAD boosters, offering insights into their potential benefits and current limitations. Experimental therapies like stem cells, peptides, and hyperbaric oxygen are highlighted, emphasizing the importance of evidence-based practices.
