Verelief I’m trying. But after 4-5 days I think I’m not feeling a difference (IN GENERAL I just don’t feel a difference from most of these things)

I find this to be 100% true. I tend to have gastritis. The inflammation in my stomach sends my neural inflammation soaring. Then the viscous cycle begins. My metabolism seemingly slows down a bit, l become hungrier and my stomach takes longer to heal.

One can easily use PEMF devices for these applications (several discussions across the forum about PEMF).

I’ve mentioned my use of the ICES ICES® DigiCeutical® A9 Model System (no affiliation just a satisfied customer;-). Used it for years although mostly to help repair injuries and damage (botched meniscus surgery).

Ben Greenfield has reported using a small PEMF device on his vagus nerve to improve sleep.

Stimulation of the vagus nerve can improve HRV and reduce inflammation.
Pretty easy to wear while doing other things.

Hardest thing, just remembering to use it.

@Alpha l have been sold on the pemf. The unfortunate part is the lces is limited in the places you can use at once. I have been using it ~16 hours a day alternating between each knee. I guess l could add it into rotation for stomach issues as well.

I had 2 A9’s for a while as I had gotten one for my daughter after she dislocated her shoulder.
It came back to me for a bit and I used the pair simultaneously until I lent one out to a friend.

Does PEMF even work at all? It doesn’t feel like anything, and it’s very common for people to sell unregulated scammy products marketed as PEMF

I was/am concerned about this as well and there are a lot of pemf products that are probably crap. At minimum in my limited experience with the ICES device there seems to create a noticeable improvement with inflammation. This applies to at least 2 other family members. @Alpha has stated he has had regrowth in cartilage and l am hoping to have the same benefits.

These device don’t do everything. Robert Dennis has designed his devices to heal and address underlying causes of pain.

If Robert Dennis manufactured a full body PEMF device, I’d get it.

Other manufactures may have good products, I just don’t have a way to verify them.

Key point

PEMF doesn’t work like TENS or other kinds of stimulation. You don’t “feel” it working while using it (except pretty quick relief for things like treating migraines). It doesn’t vibrate your muscles. IT works at a cellular level.

I did have very rapid healing from eye surgery using an A9.

For deeper tissues, e.g. my torn meniscus, one will feel how PEMF affects you but it takes time - weeks or months.
