I guess it depends on how much HOT sauce one uses, given that I use very little (maybe teaspoon per day max) and always buy organic, I’m not worried much about the heavy metals. But if I were to use a lot then I’d probably start looking for best options. I usually buy organic foods as such I’m less concerned about what it is in them. This is sort of peace of mind for me since generally speaking organic food has less chemicals and pesticides, and that is good enough for me. Can’t live my life being afraid of everything and anything.
