I saw peppercorn with a plastic grinder, it made me skeeved enough that I’m second-guessing ALL sources of ground-pepper [though mass-produced coffee seems to be based on metal/bunn ones]
I found a manual coffee grinder altho the quantities used are not high

Would you like more details on any of these options or assistance in finding where to purchase them?
I’m a coffee freak – roast my own beans and all that. I use the Capresso burr grinder. I recommend the top end one with the heavy metal case. I have three of these at different locations. The oldest is ~25 years old and still running perfectly. You can replace the top burrs if you grind enough to dull them. I have replaced the burrs in one of them.
