About to do my first extended fast. Was going to dose the cancer cure n autophagy inducer fenbendazole during it but it makes me feel like dog shit so will try a regular fast

I do wonder tho, what a 20mg dose of rapamycin would feel like, seem like it can effect anemia. I dont want to be on a 2 week fast and feel like im dying. Ive used 20-30mg dosing before but i was in really bad shape 5 years ago and drank alot of caffeine, wich overwrite alot of the negative symtoms as its a drug that creates fake stimulation. now im stopped, noticing now how many foods i cannot eat without tanking my energy, so im alot more sensitive without caffeine

So how do you guys experience a singel 20mg dose rapamycin? from what i remember it gave me more mental clarity. but dont remember much else

A lower dose while fasting is probably wiser. Try 6mg a week.

What does this mean?

I have taken a 20 mg dose of rapamycin more than once. It made me feel a little euphoric, but it also gave me diarrhea the next day.

I was close to that for a while, but got there with grapefruit juice and didn’t test at that time. If it’s a one time deal I think you’re safe. Many have taken more. Agree with Desertshores on the gut disturbance. Good Luck,

Decided to take rapa either way. my toughts are i will do a few therapies during the fast that activate MTOR (red light therapy, PEMF) so i hope my dose rapa can shut down the extra increase in mtor activity

Also, i did not know that there are two pathways to autophagy. AMPK, not just MTOR. ampk both red light n PEMF activate, so even if mtor is increased by the therapies autophagy will still be boosted

Searched wich is most powerful, ampk or mtor for autophagy, mtor seems to be strongest inducer. So the combo of rapamycin + red light/PEMF must be really effective…

Lets go…

The diarreah is most likely due to its effect on fungus. this usually happends when dosing anti fungals/parasitics

No fatigue afterward? saw fasting increase EPO as well, and rapa might decrease it. did 20mg today either way (respons to why later down)

@KarlT Fenbendazole have been used in the cancer comunity in the last 10 years, and now the last 2-3 it have exploaded. turns out cancer is a parasite infection, and this infection causes most of the diseases of today. There were 500 000 members in the different fenbendazole n cancer fb groups, with daily MRI on cured cancer

Ivermectin works as well, as docs now are prescribing it for cancer. got tons of studies with over 10 different cancers cured. can read them on pubmed. Tons of docs that post these on twitter as well

The doc that treat UFC fighters head trauma, Mark gordon, was on rogan few months back saying his clinic just made a study on class 3 or 4 stage cancer and just 90 days with ivermectin it was all gone

The actor whats his name… passion of the christ guy, mell gibson, his friend cured his stage 4 with fenbendazole as well

Parasites are found in the cerberal spinal fluid on dead ms patients too, it show up as plauge on a MRI. the diagnose for MS is the parasite nest they see on mri. every patients had it they saw

Every animal close to humans need to deworm every 3-6 months (cattle, horses, cats, dogs) otherwise they get sick, except humans. when cattle starts loosing hair they are put on anti parasitics, when humans loose hair its ā€œagingā€. pretty intresting

The only purpose I can see of taking a large dose of Rapamycin is to inhibit mtor for a longer period of time which could just as easily be done with repeated doses of 6 mg.
